"Know what you’re paying for going in and you won’t be disappointed. Advertised free hot breakfast, there was no breakfast at all. No iron in the room. Only 1 small garbage can. The property needs to be updated. The 2 interactions I had with staff they were friendly."

"When we checked in, the key cards for the room were malfunctioning. We have to go back to the lobby twice to get new key cards that worked. Also, we thought breakfast was included, like before, but the front desk told us it wasn't. Because of the key card problem, they offered us breakfast coupons. Regarding the breakfast, the food was OK, but it was not totally self-served. We didn't see any beverages in the buffet. They kept the drinks in the kitchen. Drinks had to be ordered through a waitress who expected a tip. This was the first time we encountered a tip expectation for a breakfast buffet while staying at a hotel. We've already paid over $200 for staying overnight, why do we have to pay extra for breakfast and a tip? I didn't even bring my wallet to breakfast, so I couldn't leave a tip. Regarding the facilities, the bathtub faucet was problematic. The pull-up diverter didn't work right. Half the water could not reach the shower. This hotel needs to keep up its maintenance. We won't book this hotel again."

"The room was not cleaned properly and they said they didn't have any other rooms available. Bar of open soap on the vanity, towels on the rack that weren't folded, bathroom door didn't open completely, security latch broken, one nightstand was placed in front of a connecting door because the door knobs were broken, beds were very sloppily made, desk chair was pulled out and turned sideways close to the entry door. Worst hotel experience!!! I will add pictures if I can."

"They won’t help a guy with his broken phone, I clean their property a lot of the time because I walk. Rooms could use some vacuuming during the times they do room service."

"Check in and out was smooth and efficient. When needing a place to crash, Motel 6 meets that need. It’s clean, does show wear and tear on some items and fixtures. But who cares if you aren’t looking for anything other than a place to sleep and shower. The sleep isn’t going to be your most comfortable sleep as the platform bed has a pretty stiff 6” mattress."
