"Lovely decor, spacious room and spacious, classy bathroom with nice showerhead and good consistent water temperature. Comfortable real king bed, not the dodgy two singles pushed together like a lot of hotels do. Staff were friendly and helpful and all the ones we spoke to had fantastic English (although in classic German style many of them claimed they only spoke "a little" - but it's a heck of a lot better than my German!). Unfortunately though the climate control in the room was malfunctioning...

"I travels to Berlin to see and meet Marilyn Manson. I’m disabled (legs, ms and travel with scooter. The hotel staff put a ramp for my whole visit. They have wheelchair elevator at the entrance. The staff is ready to help with anything and always with a smile. It’s clean, The breakfast was good, I enjoyed the hotel and it was close to the concert hall."

"We enjoyed the location close to the many main attractions, and the train stop from main terminal. The hotel has the historical landmark like ambiance with baroque decor. Make sure to provide the hotel your CC number to get code to your key lockbox if you are checking in after hours. There are many cute neighborhood cafes offer breakfast. The hotel offers espresso and the pastries in the morning. It has cozy courtyard to sit and enjoy the outdoors. It is pretty quiet and you can rest well."

The apartment was well fitted with everything we needed and had comfortable furniture, making it a nice place to relax after a day out. The building itself is beautiful and full of character. The location was excellent — very convenient for both the tram and U-Bahn (near Rosa-Luxembourg station), with plenty of shops and conveniences close by. The only thing to be aware of is that the apartment is on the 4th...
