"We had a great stay at the Casale apartment! The unit is exactly as represented, clean and updated, safe and secure (and great A/C). The staff was excellent and easy to communicate with, they provided some really nice extras to make the stay great. Location is perfect in the heart of Navigli, it's down a side street, a 2 minute walk to the center of everything, a 1 minute walk to a metro station and tram stop just around the corner. "Facility is pretty new and clean. The room is on the ground floor. Wifi works very well. The hotel provides soaps and a sponge for dish cleaning, kitchen papers. The washing machine grew mould, I had to clean it up before I use. (to be honest, this problem doesn't occur only here, but also a lot of appartment type hotels.) I recommend the owner to wash washing machines and to through away the dusts in vacuum cleaner periodically."
