"The location is just perfect, right on a pedestrian street near a bazillion sidewalk restaurants and cafes, also just a short walk to the castle and the huge park and walkable to both Metro stops and a 10-min walk to the Malpensa Express. The host was terrific! We had an issue with a different hotel and he was able to accommodate us and got in a room w/in a half hour. Really, really amazing"

"They used an old metal key for the room door lock. You have to leave the key with the front desk anytime you leave. You get your key when you come back. Room was super small, but clean with a comfortable bed and pillow. Staff was very nice and helpful."
