"The location is great to catch the early fast boat to Nusa Penida. The host was helpful to let us leave the big luggage there when we were in Nusa Penida. However, the facilities should be improved, especially the bathroom and toilet. It is also very loud at night because of the street vehicles. The receptionists unfortunately can't speak English."

"The property was perfect location and price point for our one night stay to catch an early morning Ferry to Nusa Lembongan. We got in late afternoon directly from the airport. Kids (6 and 8) loved the pool and water slide, us adults were very comfortable pool side. The bar drinks were very reasonably priced. Then it was a 2 minute walk into multiple restaurant options right on the waters edge with more restaurants currently being built. Super convenient. In the morning we went to breakfast...

"I don’t know why anyone would give this place 5 stars. Staff don’t respect boundaries, personal space, or privacy. Each unit gets a set amount of electricity. If you use up your allotment, then you are SOL like I was on a Sunday night at ~9:40pm. Then instead of electricity, you get a chirping noise every 0.8 seconds that never freaking stops! I left early. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve had in 20 years of living in Asia. "
