"A great budget hotel to stay in. Ask for an upper level room. There are little balconies that overlook the stream. You can watch squirrels and birds at any time of day. The lower level is a bit dark in my opinion. It is a great location close to cog railway, garden of the gods and downtown Manitou Springs. It is on a busy road."

"For starters, these things are not the front desk ladies fault. Both were very sweet. However, check in took about 30 min and we were the only ones checking in. Apparently there’s an issue with the system when you book through hotels.com, so much so, that my card was charged and refunded about three times. The place is DIRTY. The shower had hair on the floor, there was hair on the walls and some towels. No trash bin in the rooms. I had to push the door SO hard to get it to close, and there...
