The staff is friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and cozy. The bar / restaurant had a festive vibe and served delicious food and beverages. I’d stay again :)"

"I am a property manager over seeing 40 high end holiday homes. I was very impressed with how clean, tidy and nicely presented the rooms, & hotel itself were. Lots of very thoughtful touches. The staff were all fantastic, smart, neat, very polite, knowledgeable, quick and attentive. We were very impressed. The food was also great! 10/10 for that Ginger Beef! We have never stayed at a Doubletree Hilton before. We were thinking it would be more Premier Inn - Travelodge, but it really was so...

Staff is amazing, breakfast is fantastic (full menu included in your stay), rooms are immaculate and cozy. Beer garden out back, particularly nice addition in the summer. Bonus, a 2 minute walk to the Elizabeth line. Worth the distance outside of central London. "

"This is my favorite hotel. The location couldn't be any better. It is on the high street near 2 tube stations, many restaurants, pubs , shops, across the street from a great cinema.... The rooms are clean and comfy. Even with all that the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone could not be any more kind and helpful. Stay here!"
