"Loved the second floor casita. Great balcony for bird watching! Nice bar/restaurant on the property. We took a snorkel tour with the onsite dive shop. The first part of the snorkel trip was amazing, but sadly we both got very seasick and the last half of the tour was miserable. But the tour guide, Santiago, was great! "Rancho BV is so wonderful! It is one of the oldest properties in Baja! Staff is so kind and helpful — Arturo is MVP! He always had answers to any questions we had, even helped us secure a car to drive around town (his own!). The property is “tired” but very clean and well kept. The “coffee time” restaurant was super cute and delicious (we only had coffee and breakfast, but saw others dining and it looked wonderful, too). The pool and bar is literally right on the beach, so even if the ocean was too chilly to swim you could still enjoy the beach and ocean view from poolside. Location is perfect — very secluded, but only about a 4-5min drive into Los Barriles. Overall, an excellent spot to visit and relax! Thank you Rancho staff for a wonderful trip! 😊 "
