"Our first trip to Tulum was unforgettable thanks to Sana! The hotel is located right on the beach—we literally stepped out of our room and were on the sand every morning. We stayed in an ocean view plunge pool room with direct access to the beach and bar, which made everything super convenient. The Mediterranean design throughout the property is stunning, and every detail was thoughtfully done. Huge thanks to Jonathan and Anda for being so helpful with food spots, local recs, and even arranging a rental car delivered to us. All the staff were friendly and made sure we had the best experience. We’ll definitely be back and staying at Sana again!

Entire hotel was amazing. Service was top notch. The ocean was full of sea weed but the hotel was so good at cleaning it up from the beach. These guys work very hard. It takes them hours to clean the sea weed.
