"stayed here as a solo traveler and felt very safe. Rooms were very cleaned and so were the shared bathrooms. I arrived early and they were able to accommodate and my room was ready. Breakfast was good (traditional light Portuguese breakfast) but most importantly the staff was so helpful and kind. Easily would book again."

The staff was so helpful (calling an oversized cab for us, answering questions, open 24 hours), the room was beautiful and light and clean, the temperature was comfortable at all times, the amenities were lovely and the location was literally a few steps from the Metro. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for work or travel!"
