"This was incredible. If you are looking for a 5 star resort this may not be for you , but if you want a real authentic experience with an incredible view , I mean incredible. (This is saying a lot as I am from Alaska and have a high level of expectation for views ) the family that runs the base camp and restraint were so sweet this was one of the most memorable stays I’ve had in my life. Can’t wait to plan my trip back here! "

"The sheets were stained and dirty, the location is extremely noisy, very thin walls and windows. You can hear the noise in the street until 3 AM.. not recommended for a relaxing stay. The whole room just felt dirty. Other than that, the price was good."

"The hotel staff was the best I have ever seen. They go out of their way to assist and to help. They provide all necessary information. Even though I was downstairs past the breakfast hours, they still accommodated me and made sure I had something to eat. They are very friendly and hospitable. While the hotel is only 3 stars, the staff is far better than any 5 star hotel in which I have ever stayed. Thank you Intiwatana El Tambo!!"
