The gardens are beautiful and peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable. They had the best coffee machine we saw on a long trip. The location is great, right next to the Piazza de Popolo. We would gladly stay there again.

What can i say? This is a superb place to stay! We arrived after navigating Centro and xaught a staff member entering the property...she helped get our car to the on-site parking!!!! Service was wonderful, the place was clean as can be, and location is excellent. Inclyded breskfast was good, too. Can walk to everything Centro! I can't recommend highly enough!!!!

Rita was AMAZING and what an experience- the kind nuns served breakfast and welcomed all our questions- you are staying in a true convent with a chapel-it’s not old, but it’s certainly the real deal, and to step just out the door to the main square was just fabulous!! 🙏

Mina Made Our Stay Perfect!

Perfect location in the heart of Orvieto, only a few minutes away from the duomo. We were met enthusiastically by Mina, the yellow lab, who took great delight in seeing us come in! Our stay was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were of decent size. The walls are a little thin, so we were able to hear our (very loud) neighbor on his phone call, but otherwise it was a very quiet stay. Being able to park there was very convenient. Once we parked, we didn't get back in the car until we left. The service was impeccable and we felt like appreciated guests! We were only here for one night unfortunately. Would absolutely recommend this location and property to anyone visiting Orvieto

Lovely place of rest.

The Sisters were very welcoming and kind. My room was larger than expected and had a lovely view of the rooftops. Light and airy. Spotlessly clean. No complaints. Quiet, which I appreciate. Very well situated so that walking in the historic city is very easy. Lovely terrace overlooking the garden . Someone has a knack for tending plants . For those of you who are Catholic , or not, there is a small chapel available next to front door with the tabernacle there . I would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful and lovely place to rest.

The nuns who run this were the sweetest. We loved them and they were so freindly and funny. The rooms are very basic but clean and very inexpensive. I totally recommend it.

Very welcoming staff. Rita was particularly helpful and speaks English. The nuns were very welcoming. My room on 4th floor overlooking the garden was spacious with a double bed. The entire building was clean, safe and quiet. I would highly recommend this convent.

It was more than amazing! There are three nuns constantly servicing the hotel, but one woman spoke fluent English, as we do, and we called her Saint Rita. She was phenomenal and tended to our every need!! Location was great, immaculate rooms, and magnificent views.

Very basic but squeaky clean convent. Limited housekeeping but within acceptable limits. Staff are dedicated, helpful and professional. The premises are a mixture of basic and awesome, the roof terrace is a joy as are the gardens and the two reading rooms, the upper one is more like a state audience hall. Great place to spend a rainy day. The price proposition is unbelievable and the location could not be better despite the small size of the town.

Lovely Orvieto

The convent was lovely with a garden with beautiful view. The sisters were absolutely lovely. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spotless. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet place to stay this is your place. We loved every moment in beautiful Orvieto!
