I had a lovely stay here in Coconut Grove in January 2026. The building is gorgeous with a pool on an upper floor and a spacious lobby. The location is perfect for walking to businesses and restaurants just a few blocks away in the Grove. The room price includes free parking in the hotel's covered garage, a big plus in the Miami area. The room itself was perfect! Comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The host was responsive and excellent. I will stay here again!

Two issues that required me to ask for a maintenance person to come help with us: fix the balcony door (not fixed entirely as one piece was missing and needed another moment to be installed), and the safe (which took the person 10’ to find a solution for). Overall, you’ll go for that studio to be in a nice neighborhood. The parking is convenient. We didn’t use the pool but it looked good.
