We didn’t know what to expect … what we experienced was like nothing we’ve experienced at other resorts. Palm Heights is cool and chic, yet comfortable and understated. One of the highlights is the beach. From the vibey set up, white sands, and incredible service - it is a sanctuary! The staff is amazing and make you feel at home. Concierge makes everything a breeze and possible. The staff is from all over the world, so it was fun to get to know them. Be sure to get to know George, Sunshine, and Grazia on the beach. You’ll be in great hands. Timothy, Giuseppe, and Shailend are so kind and helpful at Tillie’s. The gym was also incredible. The classes offered are top-notch and the facilities are elite. We can’t thank Palm Heights enough for an amazing week in paradise!
