The overall house was clean and there were ample amenities. The owner was pleasant and greeted the guest, explaining the facilities adequately however, there were a number of issues: There were no towels provided (contrary to what was stated on the booking), there was no breakfast provided (contrary to what was stated on the booking), the free wi-fi was unusable and there were mouldy banana's in the cupboard! Not great sadly.

According to my son and his mate who had travelled from Oxfordshire for a football match the accommodation was everything that was described. The host was super friendly and even took the boys into Grimsby the next morning after my son had lost his car keys at the match 😩

This property is a family property and as such it’s a bed and breakfast. My host showed me to my room and explained everything. No complaints whatsoever. I would willingly stay here again. Thanks.

You feel like home here. Jo is a lovely host and very helpful with sharing information and arranging things like a taxiservice. Flexible times for check in, cosy and clean room, nice bed. The full english breakfast is a must-do, one of the bests we experienced.

Jo made me and my son so welcome. The place is beautiful and I can’t thank jo enough for her hospitality. The place was clean and beautifully decorated. We most certainly be coming back

Great stay

The Prelude B&B was a lovely place to stay in a lovely location, the room was clean tidy and comfortable. I had a great nights sleep when I stayed for 2 days and nights. The owner was very helpful and was on hand if I needed anything. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
