Hotel is modern and clean, and staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was also a mix of hot and cold foods and quite sufficient. However, the bed was just awful. We stayed in a King Standard Room, and the mattress was sagging and the frame squeaked like it was broken. It was the worst night's sleep I've experienced in a long time. I expected the mattress to be a quality mattress like we enjoy at a Holiday Inn. We have been regular guests at the Holiday Inn - Clearwater and never had an issue with the mattresses. Disappointed and we wouldn't book again, because my back is spasming today.

Not impressed at all. We checked into room 418 and the shower was nasty. Had not been cleaned and hair was in it. Went down stairs told the front desk clerk about the room condition. He stated the house keepers were gone for the night and that they would clean the next day. Next day comes we leave to be with family on Easter. Came back and the shower had not been cleaned. Went back downstairs and was then moved to another room. Room 414. The room had a smell, the bed sunk down on the right side, and the shower was not clean. Because it was too late for us to pack up and leave, we slept on the other bed until morning. We packed out things and left the next morning. The staff was friendly, but cleanliness is not a top priority. My family will not be staying there again.

Nice staff, and the facility is ok. But the big problem is the noise. Since there is no carpet, the noise from rooms above sounded like someone was dropping weights or dumbbells on our ceiling. Furthermore, the noise from the outside street was unbearable, especially starting around 5:00am. I don't like to be critical because the workers were nice, but I would not stay there again.

It's in a good location that's easily accessible to areas in and around Ocala. It was very clean. Had a good variety of breakfast foods & fresh ground coffee. Our only complaint would have been the barking/yappy dog next door to us on the 2nd night. Wish there had been another place for people with animals to stay. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience.

Clean the floors in rooms, be able to lock door from the outside of room, be able to cast movies from phone to tv, the wifi for hotel was on my phone but tv was not hooked up to internet, when I called the front desk they told me they don't know how to cast from phone to tv.
