Nice lobby. The room neglected, old, uncomfortable bed. The front desk girl was heavy, but the night boy was very friendly with all the guests, always seeing how to help.

Most bang for your buck!

The staff was excellent! Super helpful and very patient with us (we do not speak Spanish very well - thankfully, they do!). And you can't beat the location! Right in the heart of the city center. Everything you could want to see or do is minutes away. And all the best restaurants are close. Highly recommend. I would stay here again!

Rooms are not clean

We arrived to our room and noticed first thing there was blood on the sheets. We went to the reception and they switched our rooms. No apology or anything. The next room smelled like sewage the entire stay and we had to keep the fan open throughout our stay to be able to breath in there. The rooms are poorly maintained. The rest of the hotel amenities were fine. We would not recommend.

Housekeeping staff needs more training. We stayed 4 nights but only requested the room be cleaned 2 times. On both occasions the used towels were removed but no fresh towels replaced them. When we went to bed the last night we discovered the top sheet on the bed was not there. Only the heavy comforter was present. We were too tired at 11pm to request the sheet and were forced to crank up the AC to be comfortable as the weather was warm and just the sheet would have done the job. Breakfast does not start until 7am.

a localização é o ponto forte deste hotel. Localizado próximos a bons restaurantes, adegas, e das praças da independência, praça chile e italia. Proximo a mercados e farmácias. Os funcionários são atenciosos e solícitos, à exceção uma recepcionista no período da manha que sempre deixa faltar um sorriso no rosto. nosso quarto tivemos o inconveniente que a água do chiveiro escorria para o piso do banheiro, por falta de box ap104. Café da manha poderia ser melhor, é bem basico.

O hotel estava muito limpo e super bem localizado. Tivemos um pequeno problema nos primeiros 2 dias, pois nosso quarto estava no primeiro andar, bem próximo da recepção e ouvíamos muito barulhos do telefone da recepção tocando várias vezes durante a madrugada. No segundo dia queixei para a recepção e ele diminuiu o som do telefone o que já resolveu o problema. Café da manhã excelente. Amei tudo!!

Não tivemos uma boa experiência neste Hotel. Durante as noites, os celulares dos atendentes tocaram a noite inteira e como estávamos no primeiro andar, era impossível dormir. Ao reclamar, o atendente diz que era o celular do Hotel e que não poderia desligar, mas pedi apenas para diminuir o volume. Quanto às camas, juntaram duas camas de solteiro, já antigas, muito moles e na junção das duas camas sentíamos aquela parte dura da madeira. Banheiro ruim, meio box, chuveiro baixo demais, colado na parede, impossível tomar um bom banho. O café da manhã muito bom, excelente.
