Nice hotel in a great spot for all things downtown. Would stay there again. Felt very safe. Disappointed the bistro and starbucks/bar were unavailable 10:30-5:30pm because the food was fantastic and the hotel coffee bar that is included with breakfast was promptly stripped once breakfast was over... or earlier. Room was very clean, and I liked the setup with a separate bedroom because so much light pours through the gap under the door to the hall with the lights on all night in the hall. Shower soaked the bathroom floor if I didn't completely block it with my body, so be careful getting out. There was also a dip in the mattress on my side, but I think the other side was ok. We checked in after midnight, and the concierge staff were kind and helpful at all hours. The lady cleaning up breakfast has no concept of hospitality as she was clearly bothered we didn't have our breakfast plated earlier. She had pulled the coffee creamer and was breaking down breakfast before the end time, and then proceeded to tell us it was after the end time..several times. After she cleaned up the food area, she warned us she was ready to clean the table area where we were sitting and another man was doing work on his computer. We did come at the end of breakfast, but were weren't late. That was disappointing. Hotel garage was convenient.
