Frank Ao Nang was a great short stay for us and we will return to stay again. The staff were amazing and so lovely to deal with. There are two great pools and the surroundings and view are magical. It is a short, beautiful walk to the main road and the gorgeous beaches and beach clubs.

We had a little bungalow and it was very cute! This is a little hotel off the Main Street and about a 25 minute walk to the beach and lots of shops along the way! Close to one of the new night markets which was fabulous, clean and had lots of food options!

A lovely hotel with helpful staff. Very clean and the room was cleaned with fresh towels every day. Jan, the lady working on the tourist information desk, was really friendly and helpful. Good location as it still feels near to everything but it’s far enough away to be nice and quiet. The pool area is nice however there aren’t enough sun beds and they’re also very uncomfortable. Also the rooms have doors to the adjoining room and this meant you could hear pretty much everything next door, even the toilet flushing. Other than that we had a really lovely stay.

Recently returned from a 7 night stay at the resort. The bungalow accomodation and pool were closed for refurbishment. We stayed in the main 'C' block with views over the pool and Rockface. Room was spacious and very clean. Shower not very warm unless turned down the water pressure. Pool area clean and tidy with large undercover area to sit at tables. No Restaurant or Breakfast available ? due to the refurbishments... but walking distance to many bars, restaurants and cafes. Jan (the manager) at reception is the kindest most helpful person you could wish for. She appears to work all day everyday and goes out of her way to ensure the needs of the guests are met. The cleaning staff work very hard to maintain excellent standards. Room cleaned daily and bedding changed 3 x during the stay. Overall extremely happy with the Resort.

Das Problem hier ist nicht die Unterkunft an sich sondern der Fluss der direkt dahinter ist. Das führt dazu, dass man immer von Kanalisationsgeruch belästigt wird. Wir hatten zum Glück ein Zimmer ganz oben aber weiter unten will mal wirklich nicht sein.

God beliggenhed i forhold til byen. Der ligger en smuk moske tæt på, som begynder at kalde til bøn meget tidligt, det kan man ikke undgå at høre. Restaurant under reservation, den var lukket. Der var ingen hynder til liggestole. Ikke meget service i baren. Alt i alt godt i forhold til prisen. Få skridt fra hotellet ligger en morgenmadsrestaurant den var hyggelig og vi fik god mad.

De glemte at sørge for transport fra lufthavnen, som der var aftalt. Da jeg ankom virkede døren til værelset ikke. Det tog 30 min at ordne. Der blev ikke forklaret om hotellet faciliteter eller restaurant. Hotellet var ganske udemærket. Og det sluttede fint af med personalet.

Séjour superbe avec un personnel aux petits soins. Un conseil louer les scouts auprès de l'hôtel pas plus cher que chez un loueur dans la grande rue. L'hôtel est Bien situé au calme dans une rue parallèle à la grande rue touristique.

Wir hatten einmal Probleme mit der Toilette und einmal mit der Klimaanlage. Beide wurden nach Meldung sofort behoben. Die Anlage ist schön und das Personal freundlich. Leider ist meine Frau am Pool zweimal in Glasscherben getreten. Kann passieren, sollte aber nicht.

Frank ao nang est un super hôtel. La piscine est agréable pour se poser tranquille. Le personnel est souriant et agréable. Les chambres sont propres. Par contre, il faut en parler. La porte qui donne sur la chambre d’à côté c’est presque vivre avec les voisins. Et l’eau…. Pour une douche compter 30 min et encore. La pression est proche de zéro et quand l’eau chaude arrive faites ultra vite. Car aussi vite arrivée qu’elle repart aussitôt. Je pense que pour un soucis d’équité on a droit à 10 sec d’eau chaude par chambre. Sinon dommage car pour le prix ça reste vraiment très correct.

Okej hotell men skulle behöva en renovering! Extremt hårda sängar så är man i behov av någorlunda mjukhet och sömn så skulle jag inte rekommendera detta hotell. Sängarna va som brädbitar! Fin och trevlig service i receptionen och stora poolen va fin, den mindre mer smutsig.
