This apartment exceeded all our expectations. We had a 2-bed apartment with a terrace on the 9th floor with the most amazing views over Gran Via. Well equipped, lots of space, 2 lifts and stairs depending on your preference. The rooftop bar is a must visit. The staff were so helpful and we are able to leave our luggage on arrival day before check-in which was great. The location is perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Right in the heart of Gran Via Madrid. From the moment you arrive you are treated first class. Rooms are lovely and mattresses so comfy. We arrived extremely early but they put our cases away securely so we could go out and return at check in time. Also same on our departure we had very late flight so again cases stored securely. Kitchen well equipped and a washing machine. Would highly recommend to everyone. The staff as so polite and cannot do enough for you. Thankyou for a wonderful stay
