The host grew up in Hofn, which I thought was pretty neat! She was so friendly and was very knowledgeable about Iceland. The property was extremely clean and very modern. I highly recommend this place!

Really appreciated the cold breakfast in the morning, which we were not expecting. Also was great to use the laundry machines as this was the midpoint of our trip. The guesthouse is easy walking distance of several restaurants, which was nice after a long day of driving. And I loved sleeping in the nook in my economy twin room!

Nice accommodation, new and stylish rooms, excellent kitchen and living room. Only point is, you need to share common rooms (bathroom, kitchen + living) which depends on other guests. House is more a 3 room house in the upper floor and they rent it as multiple single rooms

The guest rooms are spacious, and the common areas are warmly decorated—it’s a cozy and homey place to stay. The host is very welcoming. This was up to now the best guesthouse we stayed at during our trip. Very clean. Rooms size are good. Breakfast was good and copious. The host was very nice and welcoming. We appreciated the opportunity to do laundry. Late check in was easy and well communicated before our arrival. We would definitely stay here again in a future trip. Hofn is a nice little town to stop and relax on your trip around yhe route 1.
