Terrible experience from the start: for a full week before arriving, I messaged their WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and even called to change my dates — no response, no help, and Expedia also failed to accommodate me, leaving me with no choice but to go. When I arrived, reception didn’t even greet me, the first room flooded immediately from sewage backing up in the shower, and the second room they gave me wasn’t clean, with mold on the curtains, shower walls, and throughout the space. Nothing was as advertised, I felt uncomfortable the entire time, and this was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had.

Room was full of moles, bed sheets had stains all over. Only towel in the room. From desk refused to give a second until 48h as past. Hotel is unresponsive and unreachable by me and Expedia. Expedia did a great job support. I definitely don’t recommend this “hotel”

Avoid at all costs if you are not local or speak Portuguese.checked into the room and one of the double rooms.was locked. When my friend who is local went to reception the check in staff made comments about me not been from Brazil and not able to speak Portuguese. He then went on to make sexist remarks towards her. It was late in the evening so in the morning we checked out and mkved to another more welcoming hotel in the area.

O Studio estava limpo, organizado, quando chegamos. Todavia, na cozinha faltavam alguns itens essenciais: faca, caneco/leiteira, frigideira, mais panelas, mais pratos (só havia 5, então, faltou prato para colocar uma salada ou outro preparo); só tinha uma tomada, então, para ligar o micro-ondas era necessário desligar a geladeira, sem contar que a tomada o micro-ondas era de 20mAh, e a da parede era de 10mAh, só conseguimos usar, porque eu havia levado um adaptador. Seria importante melhorar a qualidade da roupa de cama e banho. A equipe é ótima, super acolhedora e atenciosa. O ar-condicionado é muito bom. Melhorando esses detalhes, voltaríamos com certeza!!

O apartamento com boa mobília limpo e bem localizado , porém não se pode fazer algo frito, o que é aceitável, na minha casa também evito, porém deve se oferecer uma outra opção para cozinhar , como um pequeno forno elétrico ou uma Airfryer .No microondas não se pode fazer tudo. O pior de tudo foi não ter um cobertor decente nesse tempo chuvoso. E também o mofo entre os azulejos do box !

Apt grande e espaçoso, ar condicionado ok. Cama excelente, travesseiro bom, mas a cortina não é 100% Blackout. Dois banheiros bons, mas não tem suportes para shampoo, sabonetes e toalhas. Cozinha ok, mas falta alguns detalhes simples e básicos, como xícaras, concha... e não pode fazer nenhuma fritura, não há tomada adaptada para 20 amperes. Boa localização!

O apartamento tem uma estrutura muito boa, ficamos em uma acomodação de frente para piscina, que no caso é frente ao mar também. Alguns detalhes precisam ser revistos: o apartamento estava limpo, porém alguns cuidados poderiam melhorar, as cortinas sujas, o exaustor do banheiro sujo, no quarto o móvel que deveria ter uma tv, mas não tinha, estava sujo demais, a tampa do vaso sanitário estava solta, não havia papel higiênico, a TV que estava na sala, ligava, mas não sintonizava canais, os interruptores do quarto não estavam funcionando em sua totalidade. Repito, é uma ótima acomodação quanto a estrutura, pois é amplo, atende bem, porém estes detalhes precisam ser revistos. Por ser um apt na beira mar, e ventar bastante neste período, esteja preparado para o barulho constante. A localização é o ponto chave.
