I really appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff that ensured we had a pleasant stay. I enjoyed the view from the room, and the cleanliness of the room and the hotel. I also appreciate having everything needed at the resort making rest days easier. My only suggestion would be that if people are in the elite line when they're not elite members that you kindly send them to the back of the regular guest line. On two occasions during my stay people used the elite line and were not elite members. I overheard the front desk agent kindly remind them they had to be elite members to be serviced in that line, however they still helped them and they bypassed me on one occasion and several guests including me on another occasion. I understand the importance of customer service but fairness should be considered as well. Please next time a non elite member is in the elite line on accident, have them get into the regular line and wait like the other regular customers. The inconsistentcy of enforcing policy causes unfairness to all parties, this is especially inconsiderate of the guests waiting in the correct line. This is especially frustrating during long check-in waits due to high volume of guests. Please take my suggestion as constructive as everything else of my experience was great and I would definitely come back again.
