We totally enjoyed our weekend stay at Hyatt Grand Central!! Our Deluxe room was spacious, very clean, and bed was comfortable. Staff was very very friendly! We loved the fact that Grand Central Terminal was right downstairs which allowed us to shop and eat breakfast and lunch. We had a late flight so we inquired about a late checkout which was given to us complementary. This hotel will definitely be my go to stay when visiting NYC!
