We loved the pool areas and the setup for the chairs to see the water while sitting. The heated inside pool was perfect during our cold stay!
We had an issue checking in, they tried to charge us for the room again even though we told them we paid through expedia. They charged $200 to the card for incidentals that night which we we knew about. 3 days into our 5 day stay, they charged us the $653 for the room again even though we had paid expedia already. When we confronted the front supervisor, she said we apologize and it will be reimbursed for both the $200 and $653. 30min after checkout $653 was reimbursed. At checkout, this was where it got fun. We ordered from the restaurant the night before, paid with a card instead of charging to room due to the issues we already had. When checking out we noticed the same charge from night before on the room charge. The front supervisor took that off after i showed her the receipt that we already paid. I am not sure why it was even charged to our room at all. This seems shady business and i would recommend if staying here...watch your invoices. In the end, we were charged $226 at checkout and still waiting on the other $200 refund. This was a nightmare of a vacation. We never had issues with Expedia before, but will never book Hilton again through here due to this trip. All the other hotel chains worked beautifully just not Hilton. The front supervisor even said next time its best to call us for booking. I wouldnt even offer them!!!
