This was my very 1st stay at a Hyatt hotel and I must say I AM a complete fan. Excellent customer service from my 1st phone call for an inquiry to my last day at the hotel. I was there on business so did not need to take advantage of the restaurant amenities but the shuttle service was a life saver. Great proximity to everything and all around GOLD STAR hotel.
