O hotel é antigo, porém limpo e confortável. A equipe do hotel é fantástica, fomos muito bem tratados. O café da manhã é razoável, bem simples, tinham pratos muito bons, mas alguns deixaram a desejar. O estacionamento tem vagas limitadas e as vagas são super apertadas, acabamos deixando o carro na rua. em geral foi uma estadia agradável, única coisa que prejudicou um pouco foi o barulho na rua, sábado a noite. Surpreende uma cidade pequena como Amparo ter tanta algazarra, gritaria e motoqueiros barulhentos durante boa parte da madrugada, e a falta de isoloamento acústico do hotel piora a situação

Alguém da administração desse hotel teve a brilhante ideia de recusar encher garrafa de água de hospede na hora do café da manhã, que é incluso, e onde eles servem água. A funcionária do Café da manhã e a recepcionista recusaram, obviamente tendo sido orientadas para tanto. Precisei encher a minha garrafa utilizando da jarra de água do café da manhã, o que não foi sufieiciente, então precisei esperar eles reporem a jarra cheia para completar a minha garrafa. Tudo por que eles vendem água na recepção. Achei uma atitude sem noção, injusta e mesquinha, visto que existem hotéis que fornecem água o tempo todo, e não apenas no café da manhã (e ainda vendem água, pois tem gente que gosta de comprar lacrada). Acabei me decepcionando por conta disso. O estacionamento também é terrível, mas o quarto é bom, e o atendente noturno é bonzinho.

No site havia a informação de que havia estacionamento disponível no hotel, porém, chegando lá fui informado de que o estacionamento estava em manutenção. O frigobar era tão velho que a porta não fechava. Quando liguei o ar-condicionado, que era muito antigo, saiu muita sujeira, além de ser muito barulhento. As toalhas eram velhas e bastante desgastadas.

O atendimento do Gabriel foi excelente, sempre solicito em nossos pedidos. O quarta é grande e confortável. Pontos de atenção, são os sabonetes pequenos que vazão no suporte e o extensor do chuveiro poderia ser um pouco maior. Para pessoas grandes, ficamos próximos da parede. Mas o hotel é bem localizado e atendeu 100%.

Cuidado com o estacionamento

O estacionamento do hotel não é aconselhável. Foi improvisado, a rua bem estreita e para dificultar a entrada tem um poste de energia elétrica bem na frente da entrada. Na primeira tentativa amassei e arranhei a porta do meu carro. Um prejuízo que terei que arcar. A recepcionista poderia ter avisado que podemos estacionar na rua, que as placas de 2 horas não são mais atuais e que não foram removidas pela prefeitura. O carpete nos corredores do hotel estão imundos e dá nojo de olhar para eles. Deveriam de substituir ou simplesmente retirar. O quarto foi bem simples, o chuveiro elétrico, o suco de laranja é artificial. A roupa de cama e de banho foram limpas.
Entrada da Garagem, antigo restaurante, com sinal de inumeros acidentes no reboco inferior da entrada.
