I had some issues with Hotel.com that almost caused me to lose my reservations, and I did not know this until I was checking in. But the staff went above and beyond, even though it required a room change after we had already moved it, we were accommodated! The hotel is in the middle of a big make-over, so while I couldn't rate them high on the overall "state of the hotel", there was a good reason for it, and we were fortunate to stay in one of the updated rooms! The place is going to be amazing when completed! But overall, it is the staff would get all my biggest cheers! They are AMAZING! Thank you!

The rooms are remodeled. I was in a king bed room. Half of the room is wasted space with one small accent chair. Why not put a small sofa bed there to maximize the space and allows for someone else to stay in the room. Bed was comfortable. However, the pillows are a 12x12 lumpy square. I asked if they had any standard size pillows and the front desk said they do not. Not sure whose idea it was to have adults use a toddler size pillow, but they are very difficult to sleep with. Bring your own!!! There is no safe in the room. So beware!! My wallet ended up missing and I never took it out of the room. I only took a credit card with me and put it in my pocket. Location is great. Takes only a couple minutes to walk over to ICON park where there are tons of shops, food, and rides. For the price, it's worth it. Just bring your own pillow and safe.

Cuando llegue , el personal muy atento y amable, pero el elevador se encontraba fuera de servicio tuvimos que subir las maletas por las escaleras, el TV no tenía señal, el personal resolvió rápido el problema del TV , pero ,solo tenía canales de música y deporte, esperaba ver una película de acción pero me fue imposible ;a la hora de bañarme, no tenía lugar para poner las toallas mojadas , a la hora de dormir las camas no eran lo que esperaba , pues no se parecía a las mostradas en internet, lucían como full y esperaba Queen, el bastidor sobresalía y me golpie varias veces el tobillo , a la hora de dormir me fue difícil conciliar el sueño; porque se sentía mucho ruido automotriz ;la puerta del baño es incómoda a la hora de salir del baño, es más o menos parecido a cuando entras a un baño público y la puerta habré para dentro y parece que te vas a caer para encima de la taza, en este caso para el shower, además el hotel se encontraba en reparación y había mucho ruido ambiental,la verdad ,no lo recomiendo .

The rooms were not as described the mattress was smaller than the bed frame. The mattress was a twin mattress on a metal queen bed frame. If you get up in the middle of the night you will hurt yourself climbing off the bed. No breakfast included. They will not Clean your room during your stay. My bedding was stained and had hair on it. The TV was old and you could not even watch anything on it when you turned on the TV half the screen was black. Horrible place

Ficamos hospedadas no hotel por 10 dias e foi uma surpresa muito positiva. A começar pela localização, na International Drive próximo de vários restaurantes, 10 min da Universal e 20 dos parques da Disney. Os funcionários eram todos extremamente solícitos e prestativos, sempre preocupados em que a estadia fosse a melhor possível. O quarto era bem espaçoso e limpo, com camas confortáveis e chuveiro quente com boa pressão da água. Único ponto que deixamos como sugestão de melhora é a questão do transfer para os parques, reservamos o serviço duas vezes e o ônibus não apareceu no horário previsto, e após de mais de meia hora de espera tivemos que recorrer a outros meios de transporte. Mas fora isso, o hotel é excelente, com certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar com a equipe Monreale.
