The hotel in general was good for the price. Easy reservation and quick check in. On the down side, I should mention that the coffee bar at the entrance is a concession and there was nobody in attendance for hours, even when it was supposed to be open. But to be fair I was there only one day.

My family and I walked in and were impressed on the front of the house, interior look; however, the exterior was a little rough. The lady at front was friendly, but we walked up to our rooms and they were disgusting. There was a stain on the bed, loose toothpicks and debris, really bad water damage along the windows and bathrooms, and some of the lights did not work in the room, there was also hairs on some of the beds. We went downstairs and canceled our stay. Staff were really friendly; however, this did not make up for the lack of cleanliness in this hotel.

We were there for a convention so having the room for the event right there off the lobby was great. Rooms were not as clean as they could have been. There was still food in the fridge when we checked in. The faucet leaked all over the counter when on and the heater was VERY noisy. Convenient but we were only there for one night.
