Unit was very clean and cozy. Close to all the action in downtown Nashville. Parking is $30/night but we got by without paying because we parked along the side of the Best Western Plus. So if you are looking to save cash on parking, I would do that. We stayed 4 nights and saved $120

Overall the stay at this property was great! We loved how close it was to dining and shopping in the gulch. It was super nice to have a full kitchen and living room area. The room was clean but there were a few dents in the walls and the furniture in the living room was not great quality. Check in was contactless and very easy! Their details to get into the property were easy to understand. Pool and other common areas were very well kept! Would stay here again!

Location was decent, not a bad walk to the Gulch and Broadway. Unit smelled really bad inside, kind of musty. There was water damage on the ceiling and the walls and trim were pretty beat up. Some of the cupboard doors on the cabinets had broken hinges. Area seemed fairly safe but unit itself was disappointing.

It was close to where we wanted to go, very secure building, felt safe, but the unit itself needs work. We seemed to have a lot of flies, so much so, that they were in my water, we were constantly swatting. We texted the management and were told they would work on it, but it did not get addressed while we were still there. it felt icky to keep being landed on by flies; hard to pay attention to the other features.

The location is not taken over by something called Mint Houses, which caused some miscommunication in terms of the information provided like th pin at the door and the password but could be handled easily with an easy call.
