Walk across the street to the Airport Terminal

Quiet room. The toilet had mold and mildew under the rim (a lot of housekeepers miss this ...... I have stayed in a hotel room over 120 nights this year so far, and I find it more often than not). AND why don't the bathrooms have a fan?!?!?! Sure would help with the moisture causing mold issues. Other than that, it was a good stay. I WAS disappointed that the lounge and kitchen were closed (on Sundays and Mondays), so I had to DoorDash dinner and beverages. I did not use the pool area (just a quick stay, close to the airport). The morning breakfast was adequate.

Fresno Airport Stay

We just booked it for the proximity and price. Right next to car rental return so for that it’s really great. Place needs all new carpet in the halls, dining area, pool area etc. it’s in horrible condition. Room was fine and clean but was out of shower gel. Restaurant server and bartender was good and breakfast lady too. It worked out for us but it definitely could use some TLC.

Down side, everything is run down, dirty carpets, no food service no one at check in it’s virtual the beds feel like they were staging home beds, like sleeping on cardboard. Good side was the room was decently clean and the pool was clean although it was cold and the spa was closed.

Poor Service

I booked through Hotels.com and added a night. The hotel ended up cancelling my reservation and was not helpful in resolving the problem between them and hotels.com. They refused to reach out to hotels.com when I explained the issues was between their system and hotels.com. I was met with poor customer service, not accommodating problem solvers.

Small Aged Rooms

Check in online saves no time . Had virtual check in on arrival . Did not save any time . Rooms are very small. First room dated musky and dim. Asked for another room which was better but have stayed in better newer hotels in the area . Reminds me of a pricey Motel 6. Will not stay here again

My review is mixed, the hotel is run down, dirty carpets and such. However, the beds seemed clean. There is conflicting info about the pool hours, the main reason for our booking. When the manager was asked about it she was very kind and allowed us to swim. The staff is great! The hotel could be a hit with some upgrades to the facility. Also, beware there is no elevator if you get booked on the second floor.

The property was in a great location but the first thing that caught our attention was the video chat check in system. Didn't really think too much about that thinking maybe this is the wave of the future. The next thing that was a negative was our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. We had to ask for help getting our luggage to the second floor and also back down the stairs. But the main thing was the water pressure was so low it barely was coming out when I took my shower, but wasn't coming out the shower head when my wife took her shower. She ended up having to take a bath because we had a plane to catch.

Bathroom sink is really stupid. There’s no counter space. It was a horrible shower head spray was wacky. No body wash in the container. Only one towel bar for two people to share and hang wet towels. but I did like that. It’s convenient to the airport. There was a refrigerator and in room coffee even though it was lousy coffee breakfast is much better than I expected..
