Location of this Service Apartment / Hotel is excellent, 100 m far from the train station “Green Square” with direct access to Sydney city centre. Good size of the studio, quiet, cleanliness ok. Very helpful staff, particularly Vera who helped us to book a 2nd stay and explained clearly all available services. We’ll book the accommodation again when back to Sydney 👍

Average at best… this hotel advertises itself as ‘perfect for longer stays’ yet the rooms are definitely not set up for long stays! The camera lies, the rooms especially the kitchen area, are a lot smaller than implied in the photos. There is next to no storage for clothes, four coat hangers in a tiny cubby by the door and one shelf for additional items, no suitcase storage either, not that you could unpack even if there was, as there is nowhere to put your belongings! The kitchen area was useful, but poorly appointed, a strange combo of two big stock pots and a saucepan, but no frying pan! We tried using the dishwasher, the dishes came out dirtier than they went in! The air conditioner in our room didn’t work properly, and although someone came to look at it, it wasn’t fixed for the duration of the stay. We were offered a room swap, but the thought of moving all our stuff was more than we could be bothered with. The ‘daily’ housekeeping was more ‘on request’, most days I had to ask for the bins to be emptied and the towels refreshed! The one day I didn’t ask, it didn’t get done!! Positives; on site laundry was good and not overly expensive. Location is brilliant to get from the airport and also into the city centre.

The staff were absolutely fabulous can not say anything bad about them. As for the hotel for the price per night i feel it gives nothing to you. There were no tisdues jn the room there was no water you have to buy. No coffee shop for brwakfast, you have to pay so much for a car park so for me not value for money. Not much staff but they were lovely.

I absolutely loved my time at this hotel and I’m very glad to have found them! The comfy queen suite I booked was exactly that - comfy, cozy and very luxurious. I was extremely comfortable at all times. Showers/bathrooms are significant for me and their was absolutely spotless. The overall vibe and feeling of the hotel was very chic and undoubtedly met my high expectations and standards. Additionally, the staff were more than friendly and accommodating, especially the lovely Vera who maintained high attention to detail and excellent customer service at all times. I had a long flight to Australia and arrived very early in the day, but Vera and the other staff members took very good care of me from day one, answering all my questions and also made some great recommendations for my solo travel experience which I really enjoyed. I can’t recommend this accommodation enough, if I could give higher than 5 stars, I would :)

I didn’t realize housekeeping isn’t provided for stays under 7 days. They did make the bed daily, but no fresh towels. Other than that, everything was great! The hotel was modern, spacious, and visibly clean. Google Maps says it’s 4 minutes to Green Square Station, but it’s really just 2 or less. There’s a laundromat and grocery stores a little further up from the station. Everyone at the front desk was nice. I would definitely stay here again.
