Listing states that there was a shuttle service, that was a lie. Listing also states AND pictures show a bar and a restaurant on site, those were also lies. First floor hall ways were freezing cold. Room cards stopped working 2 hours before checkout. Rooms were fairly clean, I did find rice laying by an outlet that looked like it had been there a while. Food and debris was throughout the first floor hallway. Breakfast was good. The only redeeming factor was the front desk staff were friendly. Overall would not stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were there two nights and the stairway to the second floor needed cleaning. Our room was extremely cold, and the heater fan barely blew, so the bathroom remained cold. We had the room temperature setting at 78 for two days and it was cold. The best thing about our stay is the location to our family and the bed, and the breakfast was hot, plentiful and good.

Don't trust the pictures on the web. Mold growing on the tables by the pool and algae on the windows. To re-enter the hallway, to go to our room from the pool, we had to walk outside in the 35 degree weather because the door handle had been removed from the inside of the door. At one point, as we left to go to a soccer game, a family had propped the pool door open so they didn't have to go outside....smart on their part. The carpeted hallways had not been swept when we arrived and were the same when we left. The fresh burning marijuana from the rooms wafted down the hallway as we walked to our room. The pictures of the continental breakfast on the website are generous. There was but half of what is shown on the website. The cabinets had waffle batter splattered on the front of them from god knows when. The room appeared clean. The door safety latch was broken and did not work. There was plenty of towels and washcloths. That was probably the nicest of the experience. We will not be back.

The room was clean, the location and price were right, the bed was super comfortable, so I had a good stay. One part of a drape was hanging down; I reported it at the desk when I checked out. The breakfast choices were as expected, though the cheese omelets weren't warm. The entrance, halls, and breakfast area looked kind of tired and dimly-lit, with dark colored furniture. Not a visually enticing place, but cleanliness, location, comfort and price were important to me.

While cheap, the staff is as not helpful. There was someone in our room when we got there and no running water in our second room. When asking for a hair dryer the woman at the front desk said she had no idea where to get one. The restaurant staff was excellent but we learned they are leaving January 1st because of the hotel not being run well.
