The gal at the desk was short handed but did get me the extrs towels I requested. The room floor was dirty, the toilet was leaking around the bottom, no coffee maker, breakfast was toast w butter but little else. I would not recommend this stay other than as a last resort.

Room was nice, sorta quiet, we heard a lot of banging throughout the day from people around us, arguing and yelling too. Quiet at night tho. I suppose it's safe tho, pool was good my son was very uncomfortable by people on 2nd floor standing there staring at us. So even tho he wanted too swim he left the pool. Very close to frontier City, Please put safe in rooms or make them available.

Passable

There was trash in the room when we arrived, but we didnt notice till morning. Breakfast was cereal. And a couple of mini cinnamon rolls (not enough for us to each have one). Only coffee to drink there werent even any cups to get water with. Over all if you just need a place to crash and get back on the road it was passable. But I wouldnt plan more than a 1 night stay

Front desk clerk was SUPER rude and arrogant, discriminated against me for having a service dog, tried to demand I tell him what the dog is for and demanding paperwork, which is ILLEGAL.

Room was nice, staff was nice, very close to amusement park (a couple blks away from Frontier City Entrance). Clean decent sized rooms, microwave, fridge, coffee maker. I wish they had safes in the rooms. Also wish they had room cleaning daily but they're short staffed. Pool was nice, clean and not crowded. What I didn't like was being stared at while at the pool by people who were standing outside for hours just staring at us. Gross. Enjoyed the variety of cable channels even had those premium channels. All in all nice, we will be back.

Okay if you just need to close your eyes for a bit

Came to town for a quick day trip but it was to late to drive home so we stopped and got a quick room. Got to the first room and the tv didn’t work. Called the front and he don’t know how to fix it cause he works at the hotel across the parking lot so he moved us rooms and well tv worked but no picture. They had nothing else to move us to and it was extremely late so we just went to sleep anyways. Then woke up to go grab breakfast and they literally only had bread for toast and cereal and hard as a rock little cinnamon buns
