Première bonne surprise : nous avons été surclassés ! Tout le personnel a eté très aimable et agréable de notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ. Petit déjeuner très agréable, varié (salé, sucré), à volonté et bon. Matelas un peu dur me concernant (je pèse 55 lg pour 1m65 et ai le dos fort cambré) mais il a convenu à mon mari. Spa et piscine vraiment agréables. Ils étaient peu fréquentés au moment de notre séjour. Wifi illimité bien pratique. Enfin une petite marque d'attention appréciee pour notre anniversaire de mariage.

Despite the fact that everything seemed nearly perfect, there are some things to be considered: The room was immaculate apart from the unusable toilet brush. The wall in the swimming pool area opposite the women’s shower needs a general renovation.

Très facile d’accès et à moins de 10 min à pied de l’hypercentre. Grande chambre joliment décorée et literie confortable. Grande SDB mais bizarrement aménagée : on aurait dit la SDB d’un établissement de soin pour personnes âgées et/ou handicapées. Petit-déjeuner : bon, mais cher…Si on réserve à l’avance, c’est un peu moins cher, mais on ne nous l’a pas dit à l’enregistrement, donc le 1er jour on a payé prix plein. La salle est remplie et bruyante le dimanche matin ! Pas de frigo ni de mini-bar dans la chambre, apparemment on pouvait commander des boissons grâce à un document dans la chambre à transmettre à la réception, mais on n’avait pas ce document. On a mangé 1 fois au restaurant « Bistro », dans l’ensemble c’était très bon.

Ein sehr elegantes und angenehmes Hotel, luxuriös und sehr geräumig. Das Hotel zeigt stellenweise ein wenig sein Alter (die Teppiche wirken an einigen Stellen etwas abgenutzt). Unser Zimmer war sauber, mit viel Platz, einem sehr großen Badezimmer, komfortable Betten und einem Kühlschrank. Die Aussicht war allerdings nicht besonders. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann ich wärmstens empfehlen.

This is a great classic town hotel - clean and well looked after - next to big park - great pool/ sauna - nice simple food ( veggie limited) and friendly helpfull staff ( short walk to Thermae)
