The first room I had, wasn't fully done refrigerator didn't work and the TV didn't work. But once I called downstairs, they put me in a new room immediately with no hassle and the second room was great. Thank you

this stay was really disappointing. The hotel itself is more like a motel. the inside room we were upgraded to had a window opening up to the hallway and the indoor pool, where a patron was smoking a cigarette. the bed had bugs in every layer of the sheets and bedding. We felt very unsafe in the area and parking lot as there were people who started walking around our car as soon as we walked away. I would not recommend.

It was an ok spot. Nice place to stay to get away and they have indoor pool. Rooms were clean which was a big plus considering what I’ve seen in past from other hotels but the clarion is alright.

The room was very old and outdated. Wallpaper was peeling. There were stains on the floors. My bedsheet had to be changed due to red stain on it. The pool is in the middle of all the rooms, not an enclosed area, and our teen girls didn’t feel comfortable swimming with all the men walking around with phones. The TV didn’t work. The wifi was horrible. I’ll stop there, but could go on.

The gal checking us in said twice that credit card was declined. No it wasn't, finally got checked in. First room was on 2nd floor in corner. Soon as we got off elevator the carpet smelled like urine! Room was so humid. Went back down to desk, got us a room by pool. Room was also humid, not clean & smelled like smoke. But we were tired so dealt with it. Woke up in morning saw cockroaches!! Got out as quick as possible. Stayed there last year with no problems. That's why we went back. Room & property was a lot cleaner last year. We will never go back there again!

We just stayed here one night and it was okay for that. Not the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed at, but it definitely wasn’t anything that would keep us from staying again. We upgraded to an interior room when we got there which turned out to be really awesome because our room was just steps away from the pool area. I didn’t get in the pool but my husband and kids said it was too cold to swim in. There was a hot tub but the temp was right around 95° which is at the very least 5° colder than normal (but most hot tubs I’ve been in are around 102-104°). But anyway, a pretty good free breakfast in the attached bar that included scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, and I think potatoes too. Overall it was a good stay.

I was in town for my brother's wedding. I booked at the Clarion because rooms were sold out everywhere because of a concert. The pictures make you think you’re going to a nice hotel, I was very much mistaken. Upon arrival, I noticed room doors outside, that was the first red flag. When I checked in the host was very friendly and assured me that they had great rooms. Heading to my room, there is a pool and hot tub in the middle of the floor inside the building. The water in the hot tub was brown and the pool looked unsafe to swim in. The elevators looked very shorty, I was actually scared. There was a scent of marijuana in the hallways as we passed the rooms. Once in our room, the toilet seat looked like it had been burned and the tub was very outdated. It was obvious that one of the beds had not been cleaned as the pillow cases smelled like someone’s musty arm pits. Leaving the room, we took the stairs, the carpet was very dirty and outdated. The people in the hallways were very loud and looked as if they were on something. I advise that you run away from this hotel unless you like dirty things and scary people. On the plus side the front desk worker was very nice.

The hotel was a bit weird. Layout is so strange, but the hotel was just eerily quiet in this giant empty space. Didn’t see a lot of hotel employees at any time during our stay. Room was clean for the most part, but just overall was a dirty and dingy hotel in need of a major overhaul. Breakfast area was way weird with seriously limited options. Just wouldn’t stay here again.

This particular location was not good. The “secure” outside doors didn’t lock. Worst was at 10:00 pm a group of kids were at the indoor pool area running around up and down the hall with a boom box blasting music and they were screaming and cheering. We called the front desk to complain and ask when the area closed and he said around 10:30 pm. When I asked if at 10:30 he would tell them to leave and be quiet he said he didn’t think he could do that. It didn’t stop until around 10:45 pm. I wish I would have thought to call the police for a noise ordinance violation. Will never stay here again.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel twice now and it is by far one of the best family friendly hotels that I have been to and the price is good for what you get as well. There is a good workout area and the pool even has a hot tub of which is amazing for the adults to be in while the kids play in the pool. The front desk staff was amazing throughout our stays and even brought my family extra bedding for the pullout couch and pool towels to us so that we did not have to use the towels from the room. I had a few complaints about the room that we had on the second stay. We paid for a suite just so that we could have a jetted tub in the room and the tub did not work. Also, we were on the second floor and had a huge balcony area, but the room did not feel secure since the latch on the door leading out to the balcony area, would not properly latch. The lock/safety latch on the suite secondary area was barely hanging on and looked like someone tried to either break it off or slam the door against it. There is a restaurant/bar on site & plenty of dining options within a short walk or drive from the hotel. They even have karaoke & live music on the weekend. Breakfast is included with the stay & it is fairly good with only a few complaints. I have never had buttered eggs & while they were edible, I felt like it was a bit too much butter. I also had to ask for orange juice from behind the bar. Other than that, the rest of the food was good and defiantly filled the family up.

The room was clean and decently comfortable, but the concrete exterior is becoming run down and needs maintenence in several places. The toilet in our room didn't flush and when my husband looked inside the tank, the flapper was completely stuck to the side, something he said didn't happen unless it had not been flushed in a very very long time. Maybe we were just placed in a room that hasn't been rented in a while, Not really sure, but we chose to not try out the breakfast either, thinking it might be mediocre as well.
