Hotel room was so dingy, carpet was nasty, the room is outdated. The property is not worth what i was paying for. Expect more for a Hilton property. This is the worst Hilton property that I ever stayed. Will never stay here anymore!

This is such a fantastic hotel. The service was amazing. The room was super clean. The only complaint would be that the water didn’t get very hot, if that’s even a complaint. The pool was so clean, and even when it was busy there was still plenty of room to play and find some shade. Once we checked out we realized our son lost one AirPod. Went back to the front desk and about 15 minutes later they returned with the missing AirPod! Very rarely do we ever get stuff back that we’ve left behind (and unfortunately that happens) but this time we did!

We was on our one year Anniversary. We did Yoga on the Beach, had massages and relaxed by the pool. Everyone was super accommodating, loved our stay. Our room was cleaned and refreshed with new towels everyday along with our beach refreshed.

Got to the hotel, reserved a room days before arrival and paid in full. Once we arrived at the hotel we were told they were at full capacity and we had to sit around forb2 hours waiting on them to get us a room after hours of travel, very poor communication and service in this time period.
