The staff is incredibly friendly / welcoming / helpful and this includes the staff at the American kitchen restaurant attached to the hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean and the entire property is very thoughtfully and creatively decorated. Guaranteed, you would be hard-pressed to find a better property in the Walt Disney world resort area!
