Screwed over

I get there and I'm told I have 2 rooms for 2 nights Wich was not correct. Me and the gentleman discussed this and I got 1 room for 2 days . I was then charged $377 for who knows what and they said it was because of the booking I was so mad I left the hotel.

Trash property

Building is old being remodeled. Toilet, tv didn’t work and no hot water. Changed rooms but the property is in bad shape. Staff was friendly and tried to help

Interesting

Man that checked is in was very polite, the hotel was quiet and had a vintage feel. The room was cleaner than more expensive places I’ve stayed at, and the hotel gelis looked very well maintained. Will stay here again if I’m in the area.

Could be better

Well for starters I passed it looking for it because it was the Ramada so you have to read the sign to know you are there. It smells closed up I literally did not take anything out of the luggage. I killed 2 spiders on the bed and idk about you but for me the bathroom is important and it was underwhelming we bathed at a family member’s house and we left the next day.

Building lobby does not smell good, probably from previous smoking policy. Room didn't carry too much aftereffects. Woman working front desk acted like I was interrupting her cellphone use, not friendly at all. Guess she didn't like being there. Man who checked me in was nice.

Room was just as described. Close to everything, plenty of delivery services available for food, groceries or liquors. The pool was cool and refreshing reaching 8 feet 10 inches at the deepest and one foot at the shallowest.

The feast of Tabernacle‘s

It was a great stay there they were pretty attentive to our needs but the beds were a little on the hard side and some of the pillows were fluffy and lumpy

Accommodating

Service was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure our family was accommodated as we had two children in wheelchairs with us. So grateful for the kindness shown by the manager. We will stay here again!

Older run down location

We didnt feel safe at this location so we chose not to stay there at all. We left and found a much nicer hotel close by.

False advertising

The pictures online is not what It looked like. Room doors are exposed outside Deal lighting in parking lot. I did not even go in, as it was just my daughter and I. (2 females - no thanks)

Not recommended

Rooms were dirty. Sink in bathroom was stopped up from day one. Ceilings were molding and bubbled as if had been flooded and never repaired. Overall if it hadn’t been a holiday weekend, and other places had been available, we would never have stayed.

Keep away

First I wanna say that the young lady at the front was very nice and helpful. When we arrived we noticed how the grounds weren’t kept the paint chipping and how 80s the whole place looks. Definitely needs major upgrades. We went up to our room and noticed a musty smell. We just decided to unpack and continue on. Once we began unpacking we notice the fridge was hot. So we checked the dial and found it was turned all the way up. We called the front desk to see what they could do since we were booked for 3 days and my daughters medicine needs to be refrigerated. She offered us to use their fridge and I declined and asked for a different room. We went ahead and got the other keys we walked into that room it was so hot. The ac was at 78 so we just put it down to 65. As we began unpacking and noticed this the sheets had urine stains food stain i didn’t even check the other. The restroom smelled like urine and the table was very sticky. I was just going to ask for new sheets cause it was getting late. We waited about an hour of the ac running and the room didn’t cool down at all. We just decided to check out at 11pm. When I went to put my daughters shoes on her feet were black. She was the only one without shoes on and she took her shoes off after we switched rooms. Over all the experience was horrible the sheets obviously aren’t cleaned between stays they do the bare minimum to keep the hotel running at that’s it. They definitely need major updates. We were extremely dissatisfied.

Terrible experience

I was told i would be receiving a refund for the hotel cancelling my booking. I was not able to stay at the ramada inn on the 28th to the 29th due to hotel cancelling. Hotel called hotels.com and stated for you to give me a full refund. They never used any payment from this site. I would like a response to this please

Anywhere else is better than here

Front desk ladies are polite. Hotel management/ owners are terrible. Rooms are outdated. Hit or miss of you get a decent bed at this place and be careful not to take bugs home with you. The pool was my favorite thing about this hotel. You're better off getting a different hotel. Try americas best value inn instead, you won't be disappiointed and it will also save you money! Who doesn't like that!
