The corridors smelled of cigarettes and animals. The room was non smoking but it smelled like cigarettes. The heater in the room was broken and I told the front desk twice about it. They said they would send someone up and they never did. The room was freezing cold. They had some questionable guests staying there, that were loud and cussing, fighting, and crying during the night.
