Ikonika Spa has 2 treatment rooms including rooms for couples. Services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, sports massages, and Thai massages. The spa is open daily. Children under 12 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision. Guests under 13 years old are not allowed in the spa.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Decent room and nice pool. Plus good location.The only issue we had was the shower floor in 1108 was too flat so water leaked out across the bathroom. Suggest the management looks at dealing with this at the next refit as it does make the floor slippy and will result in extra work for the cleaners. It didn't affect our overall experience though

Staff were very nice. The hotel itself has the potential to be great but just misses the mark on a few things. The spa facilities and pool area could do with an update. The pool are both quite small and only really feel.suitable for 1 family at a time. The jacuzzi is also quite intimate and was also not warm.enough to be enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean. The decor was a little wierd but thats down to personal taste. The main issue we had was yhe AC not working eventhough we were constantly calling reception to fix it. They would put it on for a couple of hours when we'd call and then switch it back off which meant disturbed sleep every night.
