Everything was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was very disappointing, pet friendly. No bathroom fan. Only 2 towels for a bedroom that sleeps 4. Very thin/old pillows. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. No weather stripping. Room was very hot even though the thermostat was off and falling off the wall, had to uncover and use the a/c. Upstairs tenant very noisy after hours.

Ive been to this Hotel several times,.. I was the pleasantly surprised to get a nice little corner unit that had a full fridge , stove and kitchenette,..It was quiet, clean and very comfortable.. I will be asking for that room again ❤️

They have done a great job to renovate and update the rooms. This is a complete 180 from what this place used to be. It is good to see that the place is now non-smoking. Unfortunately, the only drawback for me, is that the smell of cigarette smoke still lingers. Otherwise, the new Northern Lights Inn is a great improvement over its predecessor.

Didn't get housekeeper. No rug which i liked. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Shower was excellent, lots of hot water. No plug in sink was afraid of loosing something down there. Place is old but comfortable, updated lock on door. No elevator, lots of metal stairs to climb to get to 2nd floor. Everything worked as it should.

Everything. Was good,Check-in was good.The ladies at the desk were awesome and efficient... The only problem was, it was 10 AM check out is11 AM housekeeper knocked on the door and I yelled out twice that we were in there...They phoned us twice.I answered the phone after the housekeeper walked in on us... I said to the gentleman on the phone that checked up was 11.Why were they bothering us at 10am... He asked if we were staying another night and I said no,.. I start work at noon so we were just having coffee until check out.. I felt like we were being rushed when the hotel was very quiet that day 😳
