The price published in Hotels is a trap!!!, it stated that includes all taxes &fees but at arrival they charge you $25 fee which turns out to be $38 at check out because there are other fees involved. If we would have know we wouldn’t come. Very disappointed with Hotels & Indigo. The front desk excuse was that they tells you about the fee ( just the $25) at check in…as if you could cancel the reservation…as like if you could do anything once you are hooked by Hotels that lies about “all taxes & fees “ included in the price

The hotel was under construction on certain floors. To get to our room we had to take an elevator a floor up. Then carry our luggage down the stairs. Our AC in our first room was broken. There was cardboard covering the hallway floor where there were rooms being redone. And we were not made aware of any of this happening when we made the reservation.

The location was ideal. Property was okay for cleanliness but the elevators were never working. The rooms were okay but the walls were extremely thin. We could hear everything from outside the hotel and also in the hallways and in the other rooms. The staff at check in was not the nicest, but the staff in the restaurant and in the bar and at the valet were very sweet. The hotel feels very much like a motel. We liked the location but would not stay again because of the noise level.

Room was Very outdated and tired. Beds were old, uncomfortable and noisy. Bathroom was not the cleanest. The toilet was tricky to flush. Shower would run hot and then cold. One day it was all cold. Other guests were very disruptive and were partying and screaming in the hallways until 4 am. Even the front desk made a joke about all the noise all night long. Based on the price and the luxury label, our stay was a huge disappointment.

The water faucet in the bathroom was partially blocked by the vanity mirror which was installed right behind the faucets. The Keurig coffee machine was quite dirty and appeared to never have been cleaned and needed scalding to remove the excess water deposits stuck in the machine. Good location of the hotel.

Good location. Nice bar area. Entrance with drop off hidden by construction sign. Unfortunately, a hotel that only provides 3 towels for 4 guests. Even more inconvenient because our family was out late and by the time it was the fourth family member’s turn to take a shower, it was 11:00pm and the front desk asked us to come down to the lobby to get a towel. Inconvenient.

I was NOT a fan of: - 25 USD destination fee (in exchange for drinks and breakfast but that should be optional) - 48 USD valet parking. Parking in the area was unexpectedly expensive. Parking + destination fee costs were similar to my night rate :/ Besides that, the hotel and the people working on it are awesome. The location is the best.

Great location! Friendly, welcoming staff. On-site valet parking (expensive but on par with the city). Queen doubles were lovely, clean and well designed for friends traveling together with sink/vanity separate from the toilet/shower room. Hotel was very clean & with each room you received 2 complimentary drink coupons. I’d definitely stay here again!
