Worst hotel ever… bugs, cockroaches and more bugs. I went to Home Depot and bought two cans of all purpose BUG SPRAY, when the front desk clerk said AND I QUOTE… what do you want me to do about it…. What the heck!!! If you book there, bring your own bug spray!!!!!

Hotels.com Website mentioned breakfast included but there was no breakfast. Hotel stopped breakfast services years ago. I picked this hotel and paid extra to get breakfast before I leave hotel everyday for my work. It was very disappointing. Hotel room was extremely dirty with stained carpet, chairs were dirty, microwave didn’t even have a proper turn glass plate to put the food for warming. Staff were extremely rude. Elevator was very dirty, old and slow to move. I was on a business trip & this was a very bad experience. I need some compensation for this bad experience from hotel.com for providing misleading information on the website with glossy images of the hotel & promising customers with free breakfast with stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely horrible, my son picked up a live cockroach and we found 5-10 living cockroaches in our room. There was also hair all in the sink and the walls and floors were filthy! NEVER again! & always read reviews before going places.

When I checked in, the TV had only a few channels and CNN had the visual but no sound. As a news junkie- I switched to 3 rooms- all with the same problem. I surrendered and decided to just use my phone. The rooms are spacious but look like they haven’t been upgraded or tended to since the 1990s. The hardware in the bathroom was rusty, the toilet leaked water on to the floor, the ottoman in the bedroom was threadbare on the seams, no garbage receptacle in the bathroom, the alleged “locked” side entry was open 24/7. Along with all of that there is no place to get food within the property. It felt like a downgraded Motel 6 in the 1970s when that was the only hotel I could afford back then. For about $200 a night- the property owners/managers should do something. The worst part of this stay was a sound that continued every 90 seconds or so that came from the bathroom area and sounded like an elephant or a tuba. I had to turn the music on my phone to drown that out. I don’t know how many rooms this property holds but my heart goes out to the staff there. My first 2 nights there was only one person on the front desk, Vanessa. She was dealing with someone checking in with a dog without the proper paperwork and he was being difficult. On top of that his credit card didn’t work. Vanessa stayed calm and steady and she was one of the only good things about my stay. She deserves a raise!! If you’re looking for places to stay- this is not the place unless you are hard of hearing.

The first two rooms had problems in the bathroom. The first no working toilet. The second bathroom the shower, water regulation for temperature and volume was difficult. The furniture was scratched. Chair was stained. One of the lamps was missing a light bulb. The bed was clean and the linens were very nice

My room look like a roach Motel. There was a big patches everywhere around the front door the safe box was Rusty. Around the bottom of the bathroom entry door was all rotted out. The toilet wasn't cleaned the floors weren't cleaned meaning they weren't vacuumed at all. A shower was nasty the ceiling over the head of the shower was patched multiple times and it was leaking from above and stains on the sheets and I paid $200

Carpet, bathroom & furniture. Everything needs to be worked out, it feels more like a motel rather than a hotel. When I arrived the receptionist greeted me she handed my room key and described the location of the elevators. When I started walking through the hallway. I felt a funky smell. It smelled like marihuana being masked with cleaning products together with a dampness. When I entered my room, I noticed that the carpet and furniture inside the room were also smelly and damped. The chairs inside the room looked gross with stain marks everywhere. The only thing cleaned thoroughly were the towels and bedsheets. The bathroom had lose hardware's. The toilet didn't feel stable like if it was missing some nuts to hold it in place. Water chain inside the toilet was releasing water constantly. I tried to fix it by pulling the handle smoothly but didn't worked, leaking water all night. This is just a few things and I haven't even say half of it. The hotel looks nice on pictures but nothing like having a in-person experience. Moral of the story: "You get what you pay for". Overall: I won't recommend this "Hotel" to any one. Thank you for your time reading this....

Basically everything in the room was breaking on me, intimately waking up to a pool of water all over the floor one morning. I got a different room finally, but this will be my last time here. Friendly staff at the lobby, but the condition of the rooms, noise level, dirt everywhere in hallways and in rooms too, this place is just really rough at the moment. I suggest find smth else.
