This is a renovated Hilton property from the previous Home2Stay brand, so it's a very clean and modern hotel. Their main clientele is Disney attendees because you can access the park by crossing the sidewalk into Downtown Disney and entering via the pedestrian gate check. The staff is courteous, and the valet is very professional, giving you plenty of time to gather your belongings, especially if you have a little one and an army of supplies. Carts are free for you to use just in case. It is valet only, so you have to get over your comfort level of leaving your car to a stranger, but at this rate it's a very safe and courteous process.
