This property is currently undergoing extensive renovations. Security doors unlocked, no ice in machines, breakfast room dirty and under stocked halfway thru meal time. The peanut butter packet was a solid, unspreadable lump. No gluten free/dairy free options. Repairs in bath were so bad I wouldn't shower. Didn't want to go barefoot in my room.

This property is horrible and the staff knows it which is why when I went through Expedia to get a refund they ignored the calls from Expedia. People smoking in the pool. Staff that can’t be bothered with problems. Broken windows and dirty rooms. When I went to check in there weren’t even real sheets on the bed.

My room had the guts of door lock exposed because no plate covered it (but it worked), it had a dented in bathroom door, it had a dresser top with holes in it, and no instructions how to select channels on the tv. Front desk, breakfast service, clean linens, all excellent.
