Wow, this hotel is A+++! We loved everything about it. Our room was so cool, on the 4th floor overlooking the Plaza Mayor. The lighting throughout the hotel and in our room is awesome and romantic! The restaurant decor is fabulous and the staff were all top notch. We would have loved to use the beautiful spa but ran out of time. I might return to Madrid just to stay here again! The staff here is so amazing. Super helpful and friendly. The location? You can't pick a better location in Madrid. The rooftop pool is a must for those hot summer days, but the spa pool is also nice for those chill days. We will be back for sure.
