This picture of the lobby is accurate, as well as there being more! I was so pleasantly surprised at the refreshing decor. Then, during my stay, the reception staff called me by name on site, acting like human beings rather than corporate robots. The housekeeping staff was so cheerful, and the maintenance and security staff were also responsive and friendly. Yet, the pièce de résistance was the mattress — which I hope to find for my own home!
