Breakfast minimal, walls paper thin, heard every flush and neighbors above were stomping it sounds like all night. Room was clean, bed relatively comfortable, tiny bathroom counter space. Jenkee refrigerator. Great location though

Clean room, nice towels, they provided shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion, nice shower, great hot water! Lots of space for hanging your things or putting them in a drawer for a change! Refrigerator, coffee maker, and we had made service every day, fresh clean towels, coffee without asking for it, and anything else, also tissues in the bathroom! Small things that mean a lot in a small motor hotel! The only downside is their beds, probably a 7 out of 10, very soft, lots of dips, not very comfortable, certainly no more than one person per bed, we had 2 queen beds, at two people can either bed, would not been comfortable at all! Breakfast was free, but very minimal, cereal, toast, coffee, that was about it? Overall pretty nice for a small motor Lodge, certainly a lot better amenities than Motel six! Great location also.

Very little parking. Jacuzzi room will suffocate you with chemical steam. Couldn’t even go in. Clean and comfy room. Courteous staff. Works in a pinch.

It was a good location and the hotel wasn't bad. It was clean and smelled nice when we walked in. We wanted to go to the Jacuzzi, but it was not hot and when I asked about it at the front desk, he had no idea and said he would have to call maintenance, I told him nevermind. Overall it was fine.

This is an old property that is not kept up. The people that own the property or run the property act like they don’t want you there. They act like you are intruding on their space. Very unwelcoming. The breakfast was not a breakfast it was cheap bread to make toast and cereal with no milk. The coffee was good though. The beds are really uncomfortable. If you have back problems you will wake up hurting. I don’t know how they have 7 out of 10 stars because I most definitely will not be staying there again. If I were hotels.com I would not list this property. If I could give them

The room was decent, bathroom soap container was falling off the wall. The TV's in both insuite rooms were not working. I asked the front clerk for assistance, she said somebody was going to come to the room to take a look at them but nobody showed up.
The location is great but i wouldn't stay there again.

Let me start out with the positives:
This hotel is in a great spot next to restaurants and walking distance to the train depot for those looking for a cheaper stay than at the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel. The room we had was extended, allowing all 7 of us to stay together in one room which was perfect! I was very thankful for that! Staff was kind.
Now to the negatives:
The room was in severe need of updating and safety checks. Outlet covers were missing, door lock did not work properly, appliances/tv plugs were sketchy, windows single pane meaning the heat was on quite a lot making people sleeping closer to the heater on the other side of the room were sweltering. We also found items under the beds from previous patrons which was kind of unnerving. What else isn’t being checked, you know?

The room was better than expected based on other reviews. It was clean and well equipped. The shower pressure was good. However the king-size bed was not very comfortable compared to other places we have stayed and the outside areas were a bit tatty. Location was good and the staff efficient. Breakfast was as expected having a narrow range of items.

Staff was ok. We tried to ask some questions a few times (between 5 qnd 7), but there was no one around.
It fwlt like a morel from the outside, though the rooms were good. Good water pressure.
