Ive stayed at some nasty, disrepaired hotels in the past, but this one takes the cake. To say it wasn’t clean is an understatement. Dirty floors, hairs all over, soap scum, it ran the gamut. Dingy sheets and linens, thread bare towels. Don’t stay here.

Don’t stay here if you can help it. I stayed in what they call a “deluxe room”, but the walls were nasty, the baseboards had gunk all over them, the bathroom door had a hole in it like somebody punched it, paint was chipping on the walls, the glass plate inside the microwave didn’t even fit properly, and the closet light didn’t work. I was only staying for the night so I dealt with it. Upon arriving they charged me a $100 security deposit, said it was refundable and that I would get my money back within 3-7 business days after check out. It’s been well over 7 business days and I have yet to get my money back!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!

Had a nice overnight stay at the Metropolitan Inn. Despite some construction going on in various rooms (remodeling and updated) and the run-down appearance in some areas, the room itself was clean, quiet and super comfortable. All basic needs were covered AND it was affordable - which is a huge plus in this day and age! It's not the ritz, but I was comfortable and would stay there again.

Hookers everywhere. Rude staff. Charge us $25 for a singular stained towel. Did I mention the rude staff. Had to deal with other guests banging and screaming on the windows of other rooms and the staff did nothing. Waiting to see if we get the remaing $75 back from our security deposit. Do not recommend at all. Did I mention how rude that frontvdesk guy was.

My room was spacious, very clean, and strangely enough so quiet (if you have your window closed you don’t hear anything despite being on a busy street-Temple Ave.). The staff was so nice and corteous. My only critique is that the exterior of the building could be improved.

期待していた以上に快適でした。新しい施設ではないですが、きちんと整備されており、部屋も清潔で、掃除の際も不足したコーヒーや石鹼等もちゃんと補充されていました。エアコンも意外とうるさくなかった。フロントスタッフも常にスタンバイ状態で待たされることは無かった。
